How do I join?
Joining ATC is a 3 step process.
First: Get to know us. Add as many ATC members to your friends list as possible and get into some games.
Second : After you have played with us for a while you will be vouched for in a team meeting. Once vouched for it is seconded. Meaning that atleast 2 players have opted to vote on you joining our team. Then we vote. It takes a 100% vote for you to be selected to join our team.
This is to ensure that everyone joining fits. We are a very cliquish team. Playing daily with our members and hoping that new members would do the same.
It also has made it to where we have NEVER asked one of our members to leave the team.Not one.
Third : The invitation. Once you have recieved a 100% vote in, you will be contacted by 2 of our memebers. They will explain the vote prossess and that you have the option for joining our team. After accepting this position a message is sent out welcoming you and letting the community know that our brother in Christ has joined ATC.
The over all prossess generaly takes 3-6 months. Due to the 100% vote members and future members are encouraged to get to know eachother. Also, it only takes 1 member to “no vote” . After a no vote is called the person that was vouched for will be brought up 3 more time in 2 week intervals. After 3 votes the person is accepted or denied.
Upon acceptance of membership to ATC we require a name change within a short time frame. We understand it is a 10$ cost in ms points and are willing to work with any new member.
